What happens when you have an abandoned lot? The assignment was to revive it. Existing conditions were concrete pavement with a perimeter chain link fence. Tubular facade that allows for transparency and privacy at the same time. Modular planters that could be rearranged to seating area. Local artists, activities, gatherings are encouraged.
